Exchange Policy
All sales are final. NO REFUNDS. Exchanges are permitted under certain circumstances, feel free to contact us if you have any questions or want to request an exchange. Items must not be worn or damaged in order to qualify for an exchange. Body jewelry (such as piercings and earrings) do not qualify for exchanges.

Shipping
If your exchange is approved, you are responsible for shipping costs and making sure the item is shipped through a reliable shipping service with a tracking number and insurance.
